All hourly labor rates are billed in 15 minute increments unless otherwise specified.

Support Technician - $100 per hour
On-site Field Engineer - $125 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Software Developer - $150 per hour
Project Manager - $175 per hour
Information Technology Architect - $200 per hour
Emergency Support Rate - $250 per whole hour (2 hour minimum)
Managed IT Network Service Plan - $295 per site per month (and up)
Managed IT Standard User Service Plan - $195 per user per month (and up)
Managed Antivirus & Endpoint Security - $10 per device per month
Cloud-based E-mail Compliance & Archiving - $10 per mailbox per month
Managed Access Control Service Plan - $150 per site per month (and up)
Managed Security Camera Service Plan - $150 per device per month (and up)
Remote Device Management - $100 per device per month (and up)
Cloud-based Disaster Recovery - $175 per device per month (and up)
Network Security Monitoring - $250 per device per month (minimum 2 devices)
Domain Name Registration & Public DNS Hosting - $5 per domain per month (and up)
Hosted Voice Service - $32 per device per month
Hosted Voice DID Telephone Number - $2 per number per month
Hosted Voice DID Port Fee - $10 per number (and up)
Hosted Voice New DID Provisioning - $50 per number (and up)
Hosted Voice Custom Prompts - $50 per 100 words per prompt (and up)
Hosted Voice International Rates - varies by country
